Job summary

LWC ALLIANCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to manage onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinate work passes, and maintain new hire profiles. You will also support recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.

The role requires 2 years of HR generalist experience in construction or related fields, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and HRIS. Fast-paced environment and independent work style expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 2 years’ experience as HR Generalist or equivalent in Construction Industries.
• Resourceful, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Info-tech software is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding/off-boarding by preparing letters and coordinating with departments.
• Collect and compile documents to create new hire profiles.
• Monitor work pass renewal and related administration.
• Support employee engagement by analyzing feedback on environment and remuneration.
• Assist in manpower planning, recruitment, and compliance with laws.
• Handle additional projects as needed.
• Perform onboarding/offboarding admin and HRIS data entries.
• Provide HR advisory service to employees.
