Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR functions in Singapore.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and HR administration, with close collaboration with management and independent handling of day-to-day HR matters. The successful candidate will manage work pass lifecycle, government submissions, and annual HR surveys, while maintaining accurate employee records and coordinating engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Experience handling full spectrum HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits.
• Ability to manage work pass matters, MOM updates and compliance.
• Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, training and development, payroll, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.
• Work closely with management and independently handle day-to-day HR matters and employee-related issues.
• Manage the full lifecycle of work pass matters, including applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals, expiry tracking, medical check-ups, updating employee particulars with MOM, visa applications and related follow-ups.
• Process and submit Form IR21, NS Make-Up Claims and government-paid leave claims in a timely manner.
• Handle monthly payroll administration and payroll preparation.
• Prepare and submit HR-related surveys and reports to government bodies and statutory boards.
• Administer employee benefits, including leave, medical, dental and insurance matters.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programmes for newly hired employees.
• Maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement, social and recreational activities to promote employee welfare.
• Identify and recommend relevant training and upgrading programmes for employees.
• Coordinate the performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion.
• Provide confidential HR, office administration and receptionist support when required.
• Provide stand-in support for reception duties.
• Handle other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties and projects assigned by management.
