Job summary

RIGHT SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable HR Generalist to lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including strategy and planning, talent acquisition, performance management and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance.

You will oversee evaluations, staff development, employee relations, records, and ensure legal compliance. Diploma in HR or 5 years' experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resources or 5 years practical experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-spectrum of HR functions including strategy & planning, talent acquisition, performance management & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations & engagement and policies & compliance.
• Oversee performance evaluations and staff development programs.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Manage employee records and maintain HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company regulations.
