Job summary

Talent Trader Group is seeking an HR Generalist in Singapore to support workforce planning, policy review, payroll and statutory compliance. You will coordinate HR operations, process leaves and benefits, and manage work passes while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires a Diploma/degree in HRM or related field with at least 3 years of HR experience, including generalist duties and learning & development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good understanding of Singapore employment practices and HR administration.
• Experience in generalist and L&D.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce planning activities and assess staffing needs.
• Coordinate day-to-day HR operations ensuring compliance with Singapore employment law.
• Administer employee leave, benefits, insurance, payroll and work pass applications/ renewals.
• Keep updated on Employment Act and review HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate annual performance reviews and bonus administration.
