Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in recruitment or a HR generalist function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Organised, meticulous and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing and interview coordination to offer administration and onboarding.
• Manage job postings, interview schedules and recruitment documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and monitor hiring progress.
• Liaise closely with hiring managers, candidates and relevant stakeholders.
• Support annual performance management and promotion exercises.
• Coordinate timelines, submissions and administrative processes.
• Prepare performance-related data, reports and materials for management review.
• Maintain accurate employee performance records and HRIS information.
• Handle employee enquiries and support improvements to performance management processes.
• Attend to employee enquiries regarding benefits eligibility, claims and wellness programmes.
• Support periodic reviews of benefits-related processes and guidelines.
• Assist with the implementation of new benefits and wellness initiatives.
• Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and general HR matters.
• Maintain HR records, documentation and employee information.
• Support the smooth delivery of day-to-day HR operations and services.
• Support HR initiatives, programmes and improvement projects.
• Coordinate meetings, project activities and documentation.
• Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.
