Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on HR Executive to support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee relations and HR administration.

The role requires a Diploma and at least 2 years’ hands-on experience in employee management and payroll processing. Location is in the Bendemeer/Kallang area with standard Monday–Friday hours. The ideal candidate will be organized, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be proficient in

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in employee management, recruitment and payroll processing.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, CPF and statutory submissions.
• Proficient in TimeSoft.

Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnering & Employee Relations: Serve as the main HR contact for department heads regarding manpower and staffing needs.
• Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job advertisements, résumé screening, shortlisting and interview coordination.
• Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Process monthly payroll accurately and on time; ensure CPF contributions and IR21/IR8A filings.
