Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Singapore is seeking an Analyst (HR-Business Support) to manage payroll systems and end-to-end HR processes. You will onboard/offboard employees, provide HR guidance to stakeholders, and ensure policy compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years in HR generalist work, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and Papaya payroll. A Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business is expected. Opportunity to support APAC HR initiatives and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR generalist.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organisation Development
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Attention to detail and results-driven.
• Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; payroll system Papaya is preferable.
• Collaborative and comfortable with hands-on administration across multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll systems and monthly payroll cycle while ensuring compliance with legislation.
• Assist in compliance audits and ensure HR policies are followed.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.
• Provide HR guidance to stakeholders across the organization to align business and employee needs.
• Administer HR operations and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations, address complaints, resolve disputes, and enforce policies.
• Maintain employee database and generate reports as needed.
• Assist in planning and executing organization-wide events and recognition activities.
• Support annual HR Cycle Performance Management with APAC HR Business Partner.
• Support Learning and Development planning and execution.
• Collaborate with APAC HR Business Partner on business needs.
• Regularly communicate HR topics to employees.
• Coordinate ad hoc HR projects and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
