Job summary

P3 PROJECT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR generalist to manage monthly payroll, HR operations, and compliance. You will support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and maintain accurate records using HRMS Infotech.

The role requires strong data analytics, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work in our Tuas facility with foreign workers. You will handle work passes and contribute to HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum polytechnic diploma in business, HRM or psychology; other fields may be considered.
• At least 5 years of HR generalist experience in SME environments.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and HR data analytics.
• Experience with HRMS Infotech for end-to-end payroll processing.
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines and handling pressure.
• Able to work at our Tuas facility in Singapore.
• Able to interact comfortably with foreign workers.
• Attention to data integrity in digital and manual records.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and timely using HRMS (Info Tech).
• Assist HR Manager in executing HR functions, initiatives and strategy.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records, letters and databases with data quality.
• Handle digital HR initiatives and HR administration matters.
• Manage work pass administration (S Pass, EP) from start to end.
• Handle foreign worker dormitory matters and ensure legal compliance.
