in Singapore is seeking a diligent HR Generalist to support a full spectrum of HR functions including compensations and benefits, training, performance appraisal, payroll processing, recruitment, staff disciplinary actions and other HR-related duties. Responsibilities include leave management, CPF submissions, documentation, contracts and orientation for new staff, payroll software management, and government claims.

Qualifications

1–2 years of HR experience preferred.
Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field preferred.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel; bilingual in English & Chinese.

Responsibilities

Perform full HR functions: compensations & benefits, training, performance appraisal, payroll processing, recruitment, staff disciplinary actions.
Leave management: record/monitor leave, prepare quarterly reports for operation managers.
Process payroll, update deductions, prepare CPF submissions.
Post job listings, conduct interviews, provide status updates including MOM quotas.
Handle employee relations, grievances, exit procedures, staff welfare.
Organize training programs and employee upgrades.
Prepare employment contracts and HR letters; conduct orientation for new staff.
Manage payroll software profiles and onboarding for new staff.
Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
Prepare annual leave encashment reports; assist in audits and government claims.
