Job summary

Corestaff Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an accomplished HR professional to manage day-to-day HR administration and payroll processes within a dynamic team.

You will support recruitment, work pass matters, policy development, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and the ability to work independently with management and operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Admin or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment practices and HR administration.
• Experience in payroll, recruitment, work passes and foreign worker management is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR administration including employee records and HR systems.
• Process monthly payroll and support allowances, leave, medical, claims.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, work pass matters and employee offboarding.
• Develop HR policies, SOPs and processes aligned with regulations.
• Assist with compensation, benefits, performance appraisal and training.
• Handle employee relations, welfare concerns and documentation.
• Coordinate with management and operations on welfare and accommodation.
• Assist with general HR and office administration and ad-hoc duties.
