Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee payroll, work pass administration and purchasing support in Singapore. You will liaise with recruitment agencies, prepare contracts, coordinate training plans and help develop company policies relating to manpower matters.

You will manage payroll processing, MOM communications, and work pass applications including renewals and cancellations, while coordinating purchasing activities and general admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, payroll, work pass administration, or related role.
• Payroll processing experience and IR8A/IR21 submissions is a plus.
• Experience handling work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Experience in purchasing, supplier sourcing and quotations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with recruitment agencies on employee recruitment and termination matters
• Prepare employment contracts and coordinate signing of documents
• Develop employee training plans and coordinate training implementations
• Develop and maintain company policies relating to manpower and employment matters
• Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) when required
• Assist in handling and resolving employment-related disputes between the company and employees
• Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, IR21 and IR8A submissions
• Handle employee work pass and immigration matters, including applications, renewals and cancellations and conversions
• Monitor work pass validity and ensure timely renewal or cancellation when required
• Handle purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, placing purchase orders and following up on deliveries
• Perform general administrative duties including documentation, filing and office supplies management
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and external parties on purchasing and administrative matters
• Perform other HR, purchasing and administrative duties as assigned
