Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on HR professional to support a fast-growing internet and technology business in Singapore.

You will work closely with business leaders across the full employee lifecycle, helping the organization scale while maintaining an efficient and engaging workplace. The role covers day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, rewards, and policy improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR experience in internet/tech/e-commerce/fintech or fast-paced environments.
• Experience across HR operations and talent acquisition is preferred.
• Good understanding of local employment practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits, and lifecycle management.
• Support end-to-end recruitment for technology and business functions, including interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with business teams on employee relations, performance management, and other people-related matters.
• Support compensation reviews, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
• Maintain and continuously improve HR policies, processes, systems, and internal workflows.
• Support workforce planning and organizational initiatives as the business scales.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably within internet, technology, e‑commerce, fintech or other fast‑paced environments.
• Experience across both HR operations and talent acquisition is preferred.
• Good understanding of local employment practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment with changing priorities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently with strong ownership.
