Job summary

OJJ FOODS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an aspiring HR Tech Champion to migrate our 300-employee operation into a cloud-driven HR ecosystem.

You will transcend routine admin work and gain hands-on experience in cloud implementation, data compliance, and end-to-end payroll for a dedicated 50-headcount unit backed by structured training. You will own employee lifecycle management, maintain HRIS data hygiene, support system upgrades and module rollouts, and build monthly analytics dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or information systems.
• 3–5 years in HR Operations or as an operations-focused HR Generalist.
• Spreadsheet wizard with advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with cloud HR platforms is a plus.
• IHRP-CP or data protection certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle Management: Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• HRIS Co-Administration: Maintain backend HRIS data hygiene and troubleshoot vendor issues.
• Cloud Transformation: Partner with the project lead to upgrade systems and migrate data.
• Payroll Ownership: Training to run monthly payroll for a 50-headcount unit, backing up corporate payroll.
• People Analytics: Build dashboards tracking recruitment and retention metrics.
• Process Automation: Identify bottlenecks to build automated triggers and alerts.
• Data Governance: Manage databases in compliance with PDPA guidelines.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Lifecycle Management: Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding logistics to offboarding clearances
• HRIS Co-Administration: Maintain backend HRIS data hygiene, access structures and troubleshoot vendor issues
• Cloud Transformation: Partner with the project lead to execute system upgrades, data migrations and module rollouts
• Payroll Ownership: Undergo hands-on training to run end-to-end monthly payroll for a 50-headcount unit, gradually building the capability to support corporate payroll as a backup
• People Analytics: Extract and clean system data to build monthly dashboards tracking recruitment and retention metrics
• Process Automation: Identify operational bottlenecks to build automated system triggers and milestone alerts
• Data Governance: Manage all digital employee databases in strict compliance with Singapore's PDPA guidelines

Key Skills & Attributes

• Analytical Mindset: Strong natural aptitude for database logic and software information workflows
• Advanced Excel: Complete comfort with data manipulation using text formulas and Pivot Tables
• Compliance Aware: Foundational knowledge of MOM Employment Act; eager to master PDPA data frameworks
• Learning Agility: Naturally curious and fast to pick up new software interfaces and statutory rules
• Detail-Oriented: Zero-error tolerance for system access setups, payroll cross-checks and data updates

Education & Experience

• Recognised Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations or as an operations-focused HR Generalist
• Spreadsheet wizard or the "go-to tech person"; prior system rollout experience is not required
• General familiarity with cloud HR platforms (e.g., Info-Tech, SuccessFactors) is an asset
• IHRP-CP or Data Protection certifications are highly advantageous but not mandatory
