Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR operations professional in Singapore to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.

The role involves liaising with hiring managers, agencies and candidates, preparing offer letters and onboarding materials, and maintaining candidate tracking systems. You will assist with benefits enrolment, work pass applications, and general HR administration, including calendars, relocations, and offboarding activities, in a fast-paced recruitment

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Liaise with hiring managers, agencies and candidates; prepare offer letters and onboarding materials; maintain candidate tracking systems; support background checks and new hire orientation
• Employee Records: Maintain physical/digital employee files and HR databases; support audit and compliance documentation
• Benefits Support: Assist with enrolment queries, provider coordination, and related correspondence
• HR Operations: Manage HR calendars and scheduling; handle work pass/dependent pass applications and renewals; support relocations and short-term assignments; review offboarding activities; prepare regulatory survey submissions
• General Admin: Coordinate training logistics and records; support employee engagement events; arrange domestic/international travel and process expense claims; provide ad-hoc support to the wider HR team
