Job summary

GenScript Biotech Corp. in Singapore is seeking an HR Support specialist to assist onboarding/offboarding and attendance management. You will help in employee engagement activities and support the Talent Acquisition team with job postings, sourcing, and interview scheduling.

The role involves campus recruitment events and other ad-hoc duties, requiring bilingual communication in English and Chinese and strong Excel/Word skills. Collaborative, detail-oriented candidates are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a fast learner and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Work with HR Shared Service Centre on onboarding and off-boarding processes.
• Support attendance and leave management for employees.
• Support employee caring and engagement activities.
• Assist Talent Acquisition in job postings, sourcing and interview scheduling.
• Assist in campus recruitment roadshows, talks and other events.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned.
