GenScript Biotech Corp. is seeking a proactive HR support team member in Singapore to assist onboarding/offboarding, attendance, and engagement initiatives.

You will help the Talent Acquisition group post roles, source candidates, and schedule interviews, as well as support campus recruitment events and various ad-hoc HR duties. The role emphasizes accurate administrative work, clear communication in English and Chinese with internal clients in China, and collaboration within a team‑based

• Any other projects and ad-hoc duties that may be assigned

Job Requirements

• Fast learner with ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Able to attend to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (as this role works closely with internal customers in China)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Self-driven individual and able to work independently
