TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to support workforce planning, payroll processing, leave and benefits administration, and work pass applications while ensuring compliance with Singapore Employment Act.

You will coordinate annual performance reviews and bonus exercises, develop the learning and development calendar, maintain training records, and liaise with government agencies on grants and programs, refining HR policies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in HRM, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Good understanding of Singapore employment practices and HR administration.
  • Experience in generalist roles and Learning & Development (L&D).

Responsibilities

  • Support workforce planning activities by assessing staffing needs, providing guidance on statutory manpower requirements, and preparing manpower cost projections.
  • Coordinate day-to-day HR operations while ensuring HR practices comply with Singapore employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Administer employee leave, benefits and insurance matters, together with monthly payroll processing and work pass applications or renewals.
  • Coordinate annual performance review and employee bonus administration exercises.
  • Plan and coordinate the annual learning and development calendar based on identified business and employee development needs.
  • Establish and maintain job-specific training and competency matrices.
  • Review existing training workflows and introduce or document new processes to meet updated standards and requirements.
  • Maintain complete and up-to-date employee training records and related documentation.
  • Track training bonds and sponsorship arrangements and follow up on outstanding matters.
  • Coordinate with relevant government agencies on training grants, funding programmes and related requirements.
  • Manage the submission and follow-up of training claims to ensure eligible reimbursements are received.
  • Maintain and revise Competence and Training Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when updates are required.
  • Coordinate and facilitate both in-house and external training programmes.

  • Participate in HR initiatives, improvement activities and other projects as assigned.

Requirements
