Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a proactive HR Executive to drive recruitment, retention and foreign workforce management. You will attract the right people, strengthen engagement and ensure smooth management of local and foreign staff.

Responsibilities include end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple functions, onboarding, foreign work permit handling, MOM compliance and staff welfare. The role demands strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Hands-on experience managing foreign workers in Singapore is strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of MOM regulations, foreign worker quota and levy requirements.
• Recruitment and employee engagement experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful, organized and comfortable working with employees at all levels.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing or engineering will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, sales and corporate roles; source, screen and interview candidates; collaborate with department heads on manpower planning; develop recruitment pipelines; manage onboarding.
