Job summary

IMD Contractors Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Executive to oversee foreign worker administration in Singapore. The role covers recruitment, payroll, leave and WSH matters, plus applying for work passes and site access for foreign workers.

You will manage payroll, CPF/IRAS matters, and maintain records for dormitory accommodation. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Mandarin), meticulous, and able to work independently with discretion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Good command of English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates and workers.
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of foreign worker administration including recruitment, training, payroll, leave administration and WSH matters.
• Apply and renew work passes and relevant site access passes for foreign workers.
• Manage employee payroll, CPF and IRAS-related matters including IR8A, IR21 and NS claims.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for foreign workers' dormitory accommodation.
• Handle foreign worker disciplinary matters, grievances and employee relations.
• Assist with WICA/work injury compensation insurance claims and related documentation.
• Coordinate renewal of vehicle insurance, road tax, parking and related matters.
• Coordinate renewal and administration of BCA licences/certifications and ISO-related matters.
• Prepare project costing and collate MOM labour surveys on a quarterly basis.
• Purchase and maintain supplies including office stationery, equipment, PPE, beverages and other office requirements.
• Plan and coordinate Company events and staff activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
