Job summary

With our commitment to quality, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service, we are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Human Resource/ Snr. Human Resource Executive with experience in the Marine Industry to join our dynamic team!

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, salary proposals, onboarding/orientation, and exit interviews.
  • Coordinate closely with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, probation confirmations, and general HR-related matters.
  • Handle all aspects of work pass administration (applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuances), with familiarity in the marine sector.
  • Liaise confidently with shipyards on work permit renewal processes.
  • Coordinate foreign workers’ logistics, including flight arrangements, onboarding/offboarding processes, and dormitory assignments.
  • Provide administrative and operational support, such as office supplies management and vendor sourcing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform payroll processing, including overtime computation, CPF contributions, and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and respond to inquiries on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth.
  • Assist in the performance management process, including evaluations and review cycles.
  • Prepare the annual HR budget plan and monitor HR-related expenditures.
  • Handle any ad-hoc HR projects assigned by the management team.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and MOM (Ministry of Manpower) portals/procedures.
  • Independent, resourceful, and proactive, with a positive work attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Mon-Fri 8am to 5:45pm
