Job summary

GMP Technologies invites a skilled HR professional to oversee payroll, benefits, and performance management in Singapore. You will manage payroll processing, IR21/IR8E submissions, and adherence to local employment laws.

You will also review and implement HR policies, provide advisory support to teams, and foster employee engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or HR or equivalent.
  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Prosoft Unit4 for payroll, attendance, leave, claims and performance appraisal.
  • Experience in reward and performance management.
  • Knowledge of country laws and regulations on compensation and benefits.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform payroll administration and management.
  • Handle claim and attendance administration for payroll processing.
  • Manage IR21 submissions for resignees and IR8E annually.
  • Oversee performance management, salary reviews and promotions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with goals and market trends.
  • Provide HR advisory support to line functions and ensure legal compliance.
  • Engage employees through communication and inquiries handling.

Job description

  • Perform Payroll Administration and Management.
  • Claim administration & attendance administration for payroll processing.
  • Handle IR21 submissions for resignee, IR8E submission yearly.
  • Manage all employees performance management appraisal, annual salary review and promotion exercise.
  • Assist in the process to review, develop and implement HR policies, plans, processes and programmes to ensure they are effective, relevant and aligned to organizational goals, objectives and the market trends and competitiveness.
  • Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
  • Provide HR advisory service to line functions and ensure all employment activities are in compliance with various employment legislations.
  • Actively engage employees through regular communication and respond to inquiries regarding HR matters.
  • Support the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records/information.
  • Prepare and analyse HR related reports as requested by the management or the government agencies.
  • Participate in the organisation of social and recreational activities to enhance the well-being of the employees and to promote employees engagement.
  • Produce accurate, timely and meaningful manpower statistics for Management meetings.
  • Update latest market information/best practices in compensation and benefits & performance management.
  • Administer the benefits services to employees in a seamless and timely manner.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Admin, Human Resource or equivalent required.
  • With 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Hands on Experience in using Prosoft Unit4 for Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Claims and Performance Appraisal.
  • Relevant experience in reward and performance management
  • Strong knowledge of countries laws and regulations and best practices regarding compensation and benefit plan & performance management
  • Meticulous, team player, logical conceptual skills, resourceful and able to multitask in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Time management skills and ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks with little supervision
  • Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Enjoy working with numbers and familiar with data analytics
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and able to interact with staff of all levels
  • With regional experience: Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and China will be an advantage
