Your Role and Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
- Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Handle payroll queries and provide clear, concise information to employees.
- Manage and reconcile payroll records, including leave, overtime, and allowances.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings, including CPF, IR8A, and other government requirements.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary payroll information and documentation.
System Maintenance:
- Maintain and update HRIS with payroll-related data.
- Continuously improve payroll processes by implementing best practices and system enhancements.
Employee Support:
- Address payroll-related queries from employees, providing timely and accurate information.
- Assist in the resolution of payroll discrepancies and issues.
Ad-Hoc HR Support:
- Assist in various HR tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to the team's success.
