RCL Feeder Pte Ltd / RCL Shipmanagement Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented HR Executive to support payroll, recruitment, benefits administration, and statutory compliance, ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment, handle monthly payroll, and coordinate with auditors for payroll audit readiness, while maintaining accurate leave records and work pass administration.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth HR operations, covering payroll, recruitment, benefits administration, statutory compliance, and audit support.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements and hiring needs.
Handle pre-joining formalities including documentation and background checks.
Manage the monthly payroll cycle.
Prepare payroll reports to Finance & Accounts department.
Liaise with external auditors and ensure audit readiness of payroll
Administer submission for governement reimbursement claim (NS makeup pay, maternity/paternity leave, child care leve, etc).
Handle government surveys and statutory submissions.
Ensure timely filing of CPF, SDF, IR21, IR8A and annual income tax report
Administer employee benefits and claims (e.g. medical, insurance etc.).
Verify staff claims and expense reimbursements in line with company policies.
Maintain accurate leave and attendance records in HRIS for payroll and audits.
Verify medical leave and other leave types in line with company policies.
Update and maintain employee records (HRIS and physical files) for new hires, confirmed staff, and resigned employees.
Ensure proper documentation, secure record-keeping, and compliance readiness.
Manage applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes.
Plan and organize staff engagement activities to build a positive workplace culture.
Develop and run CSR initiatives that strengthen the company’s community involvement.
Assist HR manager with reporting and recruitment data consolidation.
Handle ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS tools.
Strong knowledge of Singapore statutory regulations (CPF, MOM, IRAS, tax matters). Experience with international payroll and tax compliance is an advantage.
Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong organizational ability.
