Job summary

Re Sustainability International (Singapore) is seeking a Payroll Executive to manage monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness. You will generate payroll reports and ensure statutory submissions are completed on time, supporting the Payroll Manager and HOD with ad-hoc assignments.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or degree in HRM, experience handling payroll for 800+ staff, and proficiency with MS Excel and HRM systems, along with solid knowledge of MOM/CPF guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Experience handling payroll for 800+ headcount.
• Familiar with using HRM systems to process payroll.
• Proficient with MOM/CPF statutory guidelines.
• Proficient in MS Excel for monthly reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Good communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for Senior Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• To manage monthly payroll processing accurately and timely basis.
• To generate and prepare payroll reports.
• To manage statutory required submission (eg. MOM survey) on timely basis.
• To assist Payroll Manager or HOD on any ad-hoc assignment.

Key Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Experience in managing payroll processing of up to 800 headcounts or more.
• Familiar and experience in using HRM systems to process payroll.
• Proficient with MOM or CPF statutory guidelines
• Proficient in using MS Office application (in particular using MS Excel to generate monthly reports).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management skills, able to perform under pressure and able multi-task
• Good team player and able to communicate effective​ly with relevent internal or external stakeholders.
• Candidates with more years of relevant experience may be considered for Senior Executive position.
