Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR records, while ensuring accurate payroll and statutory compliance.

You will administer compensation, benefits and welfare, handle submissions for IR8A/IR21/CPF/work passes, and support employee relations, documentation, and engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and offboarding.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Administer employee compensation, benefits, insurance, and welfare programmes.
• Handle statutory submissions, including IR8A, IR21, CPF, and work pass matters.
• Support employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary matters, and employee enquiries.
• Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, confirmation, promotion, and salary adjustment letters.
• Maintain HR records, generate reports, and support employee engagement, training, and wellness initiatives.
• Drive HR process improvements and provide general HR administrative and operational support.
