National Institute of Education (NIE) in Singapore invites an HR Executive to support HR systems, data reporting, and workforce analytics. You will draft communications, analyse exit surveys, and help design process documentation while ensuring human review before release.

We expect a Polytechnic Diploma in HR-related studies and 2–3 years in HR, with strong Excel skills, familiarity with Workday, and a responsible approach to confidential data. Apply by 13 August 2026.

Qualifications

• Polytechnic Diploma in Business Studies with HR focus.
• 2–3 years of HR experience is preferred.
• Familiar with the Employment Act and local immigration/work pass procedures.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented; comfortable with numbers and data.
• Strong digital skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Comfort with advanced spreadsheet functions (lookups, pivots) is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools with an understanding of limits.

Responsabilités

• Assist in supporting HR systems, including requirements gathering, UAT, and post-implementation adoption.
• Support HR functions such as appointments, contracts, leave, benefits and exits.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards, turning workforce data into actionable insights for leaders.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to draft, summarize and analyze with human review before release.
• Review HR processes with an automation lens and propose improvements to reduce manual effort.
• Manage queries and provide timely advice to stakeholders using the knowledge base.
• Maintain HR knowledge base and templates to ensure tools use current information.
• Apply data protection and confidentiality standards in all AI tool usage.
• Provide support in HR projects and initiatives.
