Job summary

Nippon Builders PTE. LTD is seeking a capable HR Admin in Singapore to maintain personnel records, assist payroll, and manage statutory compliance. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, work passes, and training initiatives while supporting benefits and leave processes.

The role requires a diploma in HR management, at least two years in related work, and strong organizational skills. The position is based in Singapore with full-time hours and on-site expectations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Construction Film.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good organization, time management, multitasking.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee database to support payroll processing and leave management.
• Process payroll accurately and timely to ensure compliance.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including pre-screening, arranging interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Administer work pass applications, renewals and cancellations for compliance.
• Maintain and monitor medical insurance and WIC, monitor expiry dates and processing claims.
• Prepare Tax Clearance documentation to comply with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Maintain leave records and submission of leave forms and supporting documents.
• Organize company events to foster employee engagement.
• Manage applications and claims from government grants.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
