Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of HR experience with exposure to HR business partnering, recruitment, performance management and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Partner business units to understand workforce priorities and provide advisories.
• Manage recruitment activities to support timely, quality hiring outcomes.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies and workplace matters, supporting fair resolution of issues.
• Support performance and talent management processes, guiding conversations and identifying development needs.
• Work with HR colleagues to support engagement, change initiatives, and employee lifecycle activities.
