Job summary

Nanyang Technological University Singapore seeks a Manager for HR Information System (HRIS) to lead strategic management, governance, and optimisation of HR systems, with a primary focus on Workday. You will partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities include system configuration, reporting, data governance, integrations, and driving change management to enhance employee and manager experiences.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, CS or related field with 6-8 years in HRIS/HR tech.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on Workday HCM support in a large organisation.
• Professional Workday certification advantageous.
• Experience leading HR systems implementations and transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS strategy and governance, aligning with HR and organisational priorities.
• Oversee Workday system administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Absence Management and Time Tracking.
• Drive HR systems projects, upgrades, integrations, and change management, with timelines and budgets.
• Ensure HR data integrity, governance, dashboards, and regulatory reporting.
• Manage system integrations and vendor relationships, SLAs and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, data privacy, audit requirements and security.
• Provide expert-level user support and develop training to boost self-service adoption.
