Job summary

Sunland (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR/Admin professional to manage daily personnel needs, payroll system queries, and MOM-related matters in Singapore. You will handle safety compliance, training coordination, and prepare HR reports.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of HR/Admin experience, good understanding of MOM Singapore laws, strong communication, and Excel drafting abilities. A proactive team player in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR processes and policies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with MOM Singapore laws on hiring, termination, compensation and penalties.
• Experience drafting letters and maintaining HR records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain computer and payroll systems, and handle IRAS, IR21, WICA, Security bonds and Insurance Premiums.
• Manage WPOL, EPOL, myMOMportal and MOM-related issues.
• Uphold safety rules and review safety breaches of workers.
• Attend to worker needs, complaints and feedback daily.
• Assist in training grants applications and liaise with training vendors.
