Job summary

S & D CONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR professional to manage day-to-day HR tasks in Singapore.

You will oversee payroll processing, maintain personal files, and ensure compliance with MOM, ICA, and other regulatory requirements, while supporting hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes. The role requires at least 2 years of HR experience, proficiency with HR practices in Singapore, and the ability to liaise with government bodies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HR experience.
• Proficient in Singapore HR practices.
• Singaporean or PR only.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employees' personal files and update HR system.
• Perform monthly payroll processing including IR21/IR8A, leave, and claims.
• Prepare HR documents for hiring, disciplining, exiting, promotions, and ICA/MOM requests.
• Plan and coordinate employee training programs.
• Liaise with insurance brokers on claims and work injuries.
• Manage attendance records and leave entitlements.
• Handle government bodies on HR matters (MOM, ICA, HDB).
• Oversee work passes applications, renewals, and cancellations.
