Job summary

FISH & CO. RESTAURANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR & Payroll Administrator to manage E-leave and E-attendance, handle work pass administration, and support onboarding through off-boarding in Singapore.

You will maintain employee records, prepare monthly payroll, ensure statutory submissions, and assist with HR inquiries while upholding accuracy and integrity. Diploma holders with 1 year in HR are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR, Admin/Business Studies or related field.
• At least 1 year of HR & Payroll Admin experience; familiarity with Info-Tech System a bonus.
• Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices.
• Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Meticulous with a high level of integrity.
• Team player with a flair for numbers.
• Able to multi-task, responsible & willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage E-leave & E-attendance via Info-Tech System, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee attendance.
• Assist in General Ledger tasks as needed.
• Ensure timely & accurate submissions for government claims (IR8A & IR21) and related matters.
• Handle work pass administration including applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuances.
• Coordinate with departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmations and HR matters.
• Provide advice and handle employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
• Perform daily HR duties from onboarding to off-boarding.
• Process monthly payroll and salary processing.
• Maintain proper filing system & employee records.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor/management.
