Job summary

Foodgle Hub Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Administrator to support payroll data entry, claims processing, onboarding, and employment-cycle activities in Singapore. You will coordinate interviews, manage work pass matters, and maintain HRIS and P-files, while ensuring confidentiality and stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires a Diploma with at least 2 years in a similar capacity, familiarity with local employment rules, and strong English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma
• Min. 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
• Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations, statutory requirements and work pass processes.
• Preferably someone who have HR experience working under F&B industry before
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
• Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, with a positive working attitude.
• Able to speak in English and Chinese (as need to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking clients)

Responsibilities

• Assist in keying timesheets for payroll
• Submission of claims (NS makeup pay, GPL, FWL waiver, and other government grants)
• Interview arrangements
• Assist in full spectrum of employment cycle (prepare onboarding, confirmation, promotion, demotion, exit clearance)
• File exit clearance (IR21)
• Annual filing of income tax
• Weekly manpower update
• Maintain HRIS, HRApp and proper P-files
• Work pass administration (WPOL & EPOL)
• Identify and administrate training needs & enrolments
• Insurance policy renewals and claims submission
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
