Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is hiring a HR Generalist to manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.

Working location is Pasir Ris, with a 5-day work week (Mon–Fri) and standard office hours. Responsibilities include recruitment coordination, onboarding, Work Permit handling, and maintaining accurate employee records. Requirements: Diploma in HR management and at least 1 year of HR Generalist experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-spectrum HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and employment administration.
• Handle Work Permit and employment-related applications and renewals.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Manage and monitor leave, attendance, and employee information.
• Support payroll administration and respond to employee inquiries.
• Prepare HR reports, letters, and management documentation.

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
• Working Hours: 8:30am–6:00pm Thursday, 8:30am–5:30pm Friday
• Working Location: Pasir Ris
• Monthly Base Salary: Up to $3800 + 1 month completion bonus

Your Responsibilities: -

• Manage full-spectrum HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to confirmation and offboarding.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and employment administration processes.
• Handle Work Permit and employment-related applications, renewals, and documentation where required.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
• Manage and monitor leave, attendance, and employee information in accordance with company policies.
• Support payroll administration, employee enquiries, and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
• Prepare HR reports, letters, and management documentation, while liaising with internal departments and external parties on HR and administrative matters.
