Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle, payroll, and regulatory compliance in Singapore. You will handle onboarding, records, payroll processing, and end-to-end HR administration to support a busy organisation.

Responsibilities include payroll accuracy, statutory submissions, employee relations, and preparation of HR documents. Experience with TimeSoft and SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous; no remote work indicated.

Qualifications

• ≥3 years of HR experience, preferably in a Generalist role.
• Hands-on payroll administration and statutory compliance.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws.

• Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, letters of confirmation and salary adjustments.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
• Support HR projects on engagement, training, wellness, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and offboarding.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Administer compensation and benefits programmes, including insurance, medical benefits, and employee welfare initiatives.
• Coordinate year-end tax filing and statutory submissions, including IR8A, IR21, CPF, and other regulatory reporting requirements.
• Support employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and employee enquiries.
• Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, promotion letters, and salary adjustment letters.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and prepare regular HR reports.
• Support HR projects and initiatives covering employee engagement, training, wellness, and process improvement programmes.
• Provide HR operational and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
• Perform additional HR duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a Generalist role.
• Hands-on experience in payroll administration, compensation & benefits, and statutory compliance.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Experience with TimeSoft Payroll System.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HR system is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
