Flavorworks Singapore Pte Ltd is looking for an HR & Admin Executive to support human resources and administration activities, including recruitment, payroll coordination, and records management.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Administration
Manage office and outlet administrative operations.
Monitor inventory and procurement of office supplies and uniforms.
Coordinate maintenance and servicing of office and outlet facilities.
Liaise with government authorities regarding licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain filing systems and company records.
Arrange meetings, travel bookings, and accommodation for management when required.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Support new outlet openings and administrative setup activities.
Compliance & Regulatory Affairs
Ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace safety requirements, and industry regulations.
Monitor renewal of business permits, food handling certificates, work passes, and licenses.
Prepare documents for audits, inspections, and government reporting requirements.
Liaise with government agencies and external stakeholders when necessary.
Leadership & Support
Partner with Operations Managers and Outlet Managers on workforce planning and employee issues.
Provide recommendations to management on HR best practices and process improvements.
Participate in HR policy development and implementation.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
3-5 years of HR and administration experience, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and employee relations.
Experience handling shift-based workforce management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR/payroll systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
