About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the full spectrum of Human Resources functions for our growing F&B business. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and provide HR support to restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, job offering, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Coordinate job portals to source suitable candidates.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding/ offboarding documentation.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Administer employee confirmations, promotions, transfers, contract renewals, and separations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Conduct exit clearance and exit interview processes.
Work Pass Administration
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals.
- Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on work pass matters.
- Monitor work pass validity and ensure timely renewals.
Payroll & HR Operations
- Support monthly payroll processing by verifying attendance, leave, overtime, and employee movement records.
- Administer employee leave, benefits, insurance, and claims.
- Maintain HRIS and employee databases with accurate information.
- Ensure HR records are properly maintained and filled.
Employee Relations
- Respond to employee HR enquiries and provide HR support.
- Assist in disciplinary matters, investigations, and grievance handling.
Performance & Training
- Coordinate probation reviews and performance appraisal exercises.
- Monitor mandatory certifications and compliance training.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Support HR audits and statutory reporting requirements.
HR Reporting & Administration
- Prepare HR updates on recruitment, headcount, turnover, leave utilisation.
- Prepare manpower statistic for MOM market labour survey.
- Manage government submissions, including GPCL, IR8A, WICA and NSmen-related matters.
- Support workforce planning and HR projects.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, retail, or service industry.
- Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll support, and work pass administration.
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
