Job summary

Dough Magic Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Full Spectrum HR Manager to oversee the end-to-end HR function and support the full employee lifecycle in Singapore.

You will lead recruitment, payroll, statutory submissions, and HR policy development while ensuring compliance with Singapore laws. This hands-on role demands strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviews, selection, offers and onboarding.
• Handle monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, leave and claims.
• Manage CPF, IR8A, IR21 and other statutory submissions.
• Manage MOM work passes renewals and cancellations.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Manage employee records, contracts, leave, attendance, medical claims and benefits.
• Support compensation & benefits, salary reviews, incentives and bonus exercises.
• Coordinate probation, performance reviews, KPIs, confirmation and promotion exercises.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and exit interviews.
• Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs and processes.

About you

• Strong hands‑on experience in Singapore payroll, CPF and MOM work pass matters.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR practices.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems is an advantage.
