Work Location: Singapore
Salary range: $2600-$3500

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in screening resumes and coordinating interviews to support the recruitment process.
  • Support the HR team in onboarding new employees and managing offboarding procedures for departing staff.
  • Help maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases as required.
  • Assist in preparing HR documents, including offer letters, quotations, and invoices.
  • Provide support to the HR team in daily administrative tasks and participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.
