Job summary

A construction company in Singapore seeks an HR Advisor for full spectrum duties including payroll processing, employee relations, and compliance with statutory regulations. Job Description
  • Full Spectrum HR Work duties and administrative support role and advisor to manager in charge
  • Work with line managers on manpower requirements, employee relations issues, compensation and benefits matter, HR initiatives, and other HR matters;
  • Administration of workmen compensation, MOM reporting, insurance claim, etc;
  • Ensure that HR policies and practices are in compliance with prevailing statutory regulations;
  • Identify training and development needs of employees and propose training programs;
  • Work pass applications, renewals and cancellation;
  • Ensure timely update of employees’ database, proper filing system and smooth office administration;
  • Process payroll on a timely basis such as computation of monthly salaries and deductions;
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or HR related is preferred
  • Preferably 5 years in relevant HR administration role; HR policy planning; HR full spectrum
  • Well versed with Singapore Employment Act and labor legislation
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with key decision makers and various levels of employees
  • Working experience with InfoTech or any HRMS systems
  • Knowledge of payroll, CPF, IRAS, government related latest updates
  • Organized and able to take stress
  • Prior Construction Background will be preferred
