Job summary

Our client, a leading public sector organisation, seeks a seasoned HR leader to oversee Talent Acquisition, Learning & Talent Management, and Employee Relations, shaping a forward-looking people strategy.

Reporting to the Chief Human Resource Officer, you will oversee three portfolios, strengthen recruitment and employer branding, and drive leadership development and succession planning across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 15–18 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong depth across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Talent Management and/or Employee Relations.
• Experience leading sizeable HR teams and developing enterprise-wide talent programmes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee three HR portfolios and provide leadership to respective teams.
• Shape a forward-looking talent acquisition agenda, strengthening recruitment capabilities and employer branding.
• Lead Learning & Talent Management, including leadership development, succession planning and organisational development.
• Oversee Employee Relations and investigations, guiding stakeholders through complex matters.
• Bring the three portfolios together to keep programmes and policies relevant to changing workforce needs.
