Job summary

The Japan Research Institute, Limited (Singapore Branch) is seeking an Executive Director to lead HR Technology, Data & Digital Transformation across APAC. The role reports to the APAC CHRO and Global Heads, shaping HR platforms, analytics, and transformation programs.

You will drive AI adoption, automate processes, and ensure governance across multiple APAC markets, partnering with Global and regional teams to align with standards and priorities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience across HR Technology, People Analytics, HR Operations, Shared Services, or Transformation.
• Proven track record leading large-scale HR transformation and technology programmes.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and digital solutions to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the APAC HR Technology strategy aligned with business and global HR priorities.
• Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of HR platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors and digital HR solutions.
• Drive automation, AI adoption, and process simplification to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with HR, Technology, and external vendors to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Provide APAC leadership for major transformation programmes.
• Develop and lead the APAC People Analytics strategy; deliver dashboards, predictive analytics, and executive reporting.
• Establish HR data governance, quality standards, and reporting frameworks.
