National Parks Board is seeking a strategic Manager/Senior Manager to drive HR digital transformation and data analytics. You will translate business goals into technology roadmaps, implement AI, analytics, and automation across HR, and lead change management to foster a data-driven culture.

You will collaborate with HR leadership, business partners, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise-wide analytics, predictive models, and intelligent workflows that enhance talent management and the employee

Formación

• Experience leading digital transformation or data analytics initiatives.
• Strong BI tool proficiency (Power BI/Tableau) and automation platforms.
• Ability to translate business objectives into tech roadmaps and data-driven solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end HR technology and digitalization roadmap.
• Design predictive models for workforce planning and attrition analysis.
• Drive automation of HR workflows using RPA and intelligent document processing.
• Research and pilot next-gen AI/ML tools for talent acquisition and L&D.
• Oversee HR dashboards and self-service analytics platforms.
• Lead change management and digital literacy initiatives across HR.
