Qualifications

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Prior internship or work experience in HR or data-related roles is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytics skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and consolidation of HR data for reporting and analytics.
  • Organise HR GSS datasets and conduct audit checks for data integrity.
  • Develop dashboards and trackers to monitor HR performance.
  • Manage office administration including team meetings and project tracking.
  • Participate and support in ad-hoc new HR projects.
