Job summary

CapitaLand invites a motivated student to join its HR team in Singapore as an HR Data Analyst support, assisting with headcount reporting, data extraction, and the creation of HR dashboards while learning the end-to-end employee life cycle. The role emphasizes strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, data analysis, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

You will collaborate with HR Shared Services and HRIS, contribute to annual HR activities, recruitment screening, and ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis capability.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong multitasking and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage headcount reports and organisation charts.
• Analyse HR data and prepare decks and reports for HR activities, including annual budgeting exercise.
• Extract and prepare data for annual HR activities, including employee engagement surveys.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening job applicants and sharing shortlisted profiles with hiring managers.
• Work closely with HR Shared Services and HR Information Systems to handle HR transactions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department.
• Assist in any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned by the team.
