Job summary

ST Engineering's eServ team seeks a data-coordination role to liaise with HR professionals, rectify HR data discrepancies, and analyze operational data to detect issues and support policy improvement. You will collate data for sense-making and trend reporting to inform agency communications.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in any discipline.
• Customer service experience advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Meticulous with keen attention to detail; service-oriented and a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel & Word).
• Experience with applied AI or workflow automation is a major plus.
• Proficiency in using generative AI tools to drive productivity is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with HR professionals to provide data solutions and follow up on queries.
• Investigate and rectify data discrepancies in SAP-HR systems with data administrators and process owners.
• Analyse trends from data and support policy formulation and process improvements.
• Provide clear responses to queries via phone or email, explaining policies in applicable scenarios.
