Job summary

JIN SCM PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR Administrator to manage onboarding, payroll, and compliance with local employment laws. You will handle employee records, assist with Work Pass applications, and coordinate recruitment with hiring managers.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of HR admin and recruitment experience, a Diploma in HRM or equivalent, and a proactive approach to policy implementation. The role is based at the West Singapore location with a collaborative HR team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM or equivalent.
• 2–3 years HR admin & recruitment experience.
• Payroll tabulation experience.
• Knowledge of Work Pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• West-area work location, Singapore.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of onboarding and off-boarding procedures.
• Responsible for Monthly payroll activities.
• Knowledge to apply different type of Work Pass Application, Renewal and Cancellation.
• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• CPF Submission.
• Prepare, draft and review employment agreements and other HR documents for employees.
• Oversee the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Employee Relations and Engagement ie; act as a liaison between management and employees in a timely and effective manner.
• Handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.
