Job summary

TQC Precision Engineering PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance. You will manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations with directors’ liaison.

The role requires strong knowledge of employment acts, HR policies, and confidentiality. Immediate start is preferred, and you should have 3+ years HR experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of combined HR experience across core functions
  • Strong knowledge of employment acts, HR policies, and procedures
  • Knowledge of InfoTech application is preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritising, and working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ethics, integrity, and professionalism with a commitment to confidentiality
  • Candidates able to commence work immediately will be given priority consideration

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact with Directors for all matters
  • Manage full spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management cycles, including appraisal coordination and feedback facilitation.
  • Administer work pass applications and renewals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including employee salaries and benefits
  • Oversee benefits administration, such as medical, insurance, and other employee welfare programs
  • Handle employee relations, fostering a positive work environment and resolving conflicts
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Liaise with Management on HR operations matter
  • Manage and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations
  • Ensure timely submission of payroll data, include yearly IRAS submission
  • Reconcile payroll reports and address discrepancies in a timely manner
