Job summary

Enable Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to support specialised HR services for a diverse clientele.

You will advise on employment laws, payroll processes, and HR operations, helping clients optimise people management. The role requires 5–8 years in payroll and HR operations, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple client needs. A degree in business or HR is preferred, and the position offers professional growth within a people-focused

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration or HR.
• 5–8 years of corporate payroll and HR operations experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and support clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory on employment laws, local HR practices, and compensation/benefits.
• Advisory on hiring strategies and work passes for local and foreign manpower.
• Review and update HR policies and Employee Handbook for clients.
• Prepare employment contracts for new hires, promotions, and dismissals.
• Advise clients on MOM compliance, fair employment, retrenchment and discipline.
• Assist clients with employee grievance handling and investigations.
• Support HR operations within the service scope of the agreement.

Job Responsibilities

HR Support Service

• Provide general advisory services on employment laws, local HR practices, typical compensation, and benefits of employment.
• Advisory on local and foreign manpower hiring strategies and quota of employment and work passes.
• Review/Update HR Policies and Employee Handbook for clients.
• Review/Advise Options for Benefits Management for clients.
• Advisory and Assistance in preparing the employment contracts for new hires, promotion, and termination/dismissal letters for departing employees for clients.
• Provide advisory to clients on MOM compliance matters on fair employment practices, retrenchment, termination, and dismissal.
• Assist clients on employee grievance management and handling.
• Provide advisory to clients on industrial relations, misconduct and assist in the investigation on disciplinary matters.
• Any other aspect of HR operations as agreed within the service support scope of agreement with clients.

Payroll Outsourcing Service

• Oversees the full monthly payroll cycle on behalf of clients.
• Liaise with client's payroll vendor during payroll cycle on the payment instructions.
• Review and verify the accuracy of the monthly processed payroll.

HR Consultancy

• Drives designs of Consultancy templates for Organisational wide use.
• Supports technology development for Consultancy design and methodology.
• Supports Consultancy related Projects when required.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline preferably in Business Administration or Human Resource.
• 5-8 years of experience working in the corporate sector in payroll and human resource operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and supports clients' needs.

Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, skills and relevant experience.
