Job summary

Polybuilding (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage the full spectrum of human resources in Singapore. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations and compliance with MOM and the Singapore Employment Act.

The role requires at least 3 years of HR experience, a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, and hands-on payroll/work pass administration.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience; construction industry experience will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations and HR practices.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll and work pass administration is preferred.
  • Experience in handling foreign worker matters will be an advantage.
  • Experience with Info-Tech HRMS will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, employee administration and employee relations.
  • Manage monthly payroll, overtime, employee benefits, claims, CPF and income tax-related matters.
  • Maintain and update employee records, leave records and HR system.
  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters and other HR-related correspondence.
  • Coordinate employee training, performance appraisal and staff engagement activities.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations for foreign workers.
  • Handle foreign worker matters, including dormitory, medical examinations, insurance, security bonds, levy and MOM requirements.
  • Coordinate workers' mandatory training and certifications, including CSOC and BCA CoreTrade.
  • Handle government claims, statutory submissions and HR-related surveys.
  • Support HR policies, reporting, audits and compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
  • Liaise with employees, HODs, government agencies and external service providers on HR-related matters.
  • Provide general HR operational support and perform other HR duties as assigned.
